Please backport deluge-torrent

I'd like to request a backport of deluge-torrent http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/net/deluge-torrent since it may be the gui torrent client for gnome in the future. I've missed it since it didn't make it from edgy-backports to fiesty.

The Build-Depends on libboost-*-dev need to be changed to (>= 1.33).

Please do not +1 packages unless you've tried to build them, and packages that have been modified should not be marked confirmed....

Investigating for a source change backport. I'd like a status report from zachtib on the stability of the version of deluge-torrent in Gutsy, and I would also like either him or a packager to justify that it's safe to revert build-depends on libboost, as they were bumped up after a FTBFS patch was put into the packaging.
