Bug Description
In the "Notifications" section in the GNOME settings, FeedReader is listed and has all the usual options (like disabling notifications, choosing whether the notifications have sound, popups, whether they show up on the lockscreen, etc.) but changing the options has no effect.

Are you using stable 1.2.1? Because I recently fixed this in the master branch.
