Invalid/Broken URL kills Feedmailer

Bug Description
If a user subscribes to a invalid/broken URL, the Feedmailer sendfeeds.php script dies on the XMLparser error and does not continue. The thing should at least check to see if the URL can be parsed and if so: continue; else write error to debug and notify administrator via email. URLs should also be checked before being entered to the database to prevent further errors.
