Within Fedora Project, it has been alerted that it is necessary to add the following line to the oggconvert.desktop for compatibility reasons:
"StartupNotify=

It doesn't seem to make any difference for me using gnome-shell, but version 0.3.3 now includes StartupNotify=true in the .desktop file
