Bug Description
Psi:"I am still getting occurances of recharging an item and it remaining on 0 charges (I don't have to re-identify it after the recharge). Today was the first time it has happened to me when reading the scroll (no surprise as it is the same code), but I can definitely confirm that the scroll vanished afterwards."
