Bug Description
Diffstatus includes two blank lines between the status and the diff. In general usage this is fine, but could be improved for a few edge cases:
When there are no changes in the tree, show nothing. (Currently outputs two blank lines).
When there is a status change but no diff, such as an added unversioned file (unknown) in the tree, show the status and do not include the extra blank lines. The output such match that of bzr status.
