deleting user extensions, i.e. removing them from the disk, does not update the user extension view.

Bug Description
The buttons that were there to edit and delete an extension actually edited and deleted users! I took that out but now when you remove an extension from the disk, and then go back to view all extensions, it is till in b/c the system does not update the DB.
