xfce4-terminal doesn't have focus when first opened

Bug Description

When I open xfce4-terminal, the window doesn't have focus. I have to click on it or Alt-Tab to it before I can start typing.

For the record, exo 0.10.4-2 in Arch had reverted the same two commits that are now reverted in exo 0.10.5.
