DaapClient does not remember daap shares, forcing manual connection each time

Bug Description

Exaile Version: 0.3.2.1
Plugin Version 0.9

under the tools>Connect to Daap menu, the only option appears to be "manually." In addition previous entries are not remembered. This forces the user to remember the address of the server and manually type it in each time.

The plugin would be far more friendly if recent shares were at least remembered, drop down style. Perhaps an auto-connect option would be nice as well, for shares permanently available.

Ideally, a system like the one used for radio stations, where a Daap tab appears, and one can add daap shares like they do radio stations would be ideal.

If Avahi and its python bindings are installed correctly, and the DAAP server is on the same network and set to broadcast its presence, it should show up as an option in that list. I'd recommend you check your setup to ensure those requirements are fulfilled.

That said, a recently-used list is still a good idea,

That did it.

Perhaps the bindings should be added as dependencies downstream,

Thanks!

The bindings are not dependencies because they are 1) not strictly necessary for the plugin to function 2) only used by a plugin, not by core Exaile. Only core deps are listed as deps on distribution packages.
