Collection sort menu is hard-coded

Bug Description

The menu drop-down for collection sort options is hard-coded in exaile/data/ui/collections.ui, instead of being generated from the "orders" list in exaile/xlgui/panel/collections.py. This prevents any changes to the "orders" list from appearing in the interface.
