streamripper: can not save new save location

Changes made to the 'save location' field are not presistant after closing the Streamripper Plugins Preferences screen. Changes were accepted in previous release.

I can confirm the presence of this bug, both on exaile 0.3.2 and development branches.
It seems to me that it due to the fact that xlgui.preferences.widgets.DirPreference has a blank _setup_change method. I attach a patch that fixes the problem.

here's how I successfully applied the patch (0.3.2.1)
cd /usr/lib/exaile
sudo bash
patch -p0 /path/to/thepatch.patch
