DBus invocation triggers data directory creation

Bug Description

Invoking pretty much every DBus command triggers a temporary creation of an xl.main.Exaile instance including setup of the logging framework. Due to that the creation of the log directories is attempted which in turn triggers xl.xdg to create the required data directories.

However, no DBus command should trigger directory creation at all. One issue arising through this is the simple usage of "make install" which invokes the --version CLI option and the respective DBus command. Thus "make install" in the end creates directories like ~/.local and such. Also see http://bugs.gentoo.org/332779 for this.
