Bug Description
Smart playlists should be sortable by arbitrary tags. This would enable smart playlists in the style "50 Most played", as well as providing a more-consistent ordering for other cases.
Sorting should be togglable among 1) None, 2) Default (same as DnDing form collection to playlist) and 3) custom (textbox with space-separated list of tag names to sort by)
