Tracks from collection added in wrong order, cannot remove tracks via keyboard, odd playlist name

I am using exaile from bzr. I have some issues-regressions with bzr3442.

1. When dragging an album from the "Collection" panel and dropping it into the playlist the tracks are not ordered by their track number.
2. When selecting one or more tracks in the playlist and pressing the "Delete" key, they aren't being removed from the playlist. I have to right click->remove
3. The playlist has a name of "Playlist %d"

We are aware of all of these issues and they will be fixed eventually. Currently the playlist code is getting a major and long-deserved overhaul which is bound to break things.

As for the last: no way to easily fix this, just open a new tab and close the old one.

First issue should be fixed in revision 3445. Not really anything to do for number 3, since its actually a bug in older versions, and is easily resolved by just closing or renaming any saved tabs that received such names.

Keep these reports coming, as Mathias said we just went through a major overhaul of the playlist code, so there's lots of little things broken like this. The more people we have reporting them the more likely it is we find and fix them all. :)
