CD Playback plugin, bugs in trunk and pointtreeone

In pointtreeone there is this problem importing cd tracks:

            trackno, device = loc[7:].split("/#")
            ValueError: need more than 1 value to unpack

also happens that if a tag value is null it can't execute lines 103 and 104.

Fix in the attached patch cd_import-pointtreeone.patch.
