feature request: support podcasts with multiple enclosures per entry

I have recently started using Exaile and the one this I miss from Songbird/OSX is the ability to listen to my favorite "mp3 blogs", where each post contains a thematic playlist. Last night I patched the Exaile podcast plugin to support feeds with multiple enclosures per entry in order to support these blogs. Patch attached.

 * an example feed: http://www.moteldemoka.com/feed/atom/ (note that wordpress feed generation supports multiple enclosures, this is a big provider)

Although it isn't widely supported by most podcast players, there is no shortage of content. Does anyone object to adding multiple enclosure support to exaile's podcast plugin?

Updated patch for 0.3.1.0. Can someone comment on this?

Code looks good as far as I can see, I don't use podcasts myself so can't test it. It'd be nice if you created a unified format patch though (diff -u), since its generally more readable and compatible than the patch style you have there.
