Playlist missing version fails to load

If trying to open a .pls with one radio station in it but without the Title attribute present, it is not loaded.

Working .pls:

NOT working .pls:

I can confirm this bug. When I try to open/play i.e http://174.133.218.35:8000/listen.pls Exaile (2.14) doesn't do anything.
It works perfectly with Totem.

This would be a great feature, because it is quite cumbersome to open the pls file with a text editor, and select all the streams manually.

In my opinion high priority because many people use internet radio stations and these become unusable to the unexperienced user in exaile.

does this still happen in 0.3.0.x stable? in trunk?

The two attached pls files were used for testing. They are named to indicate whether or not they work in Exaile 0.3.0.2. The stream in them was up at the time of this writing, but could go down in the future. In that case, replace the stream with another.

What made the difference between well-formed and malformed was a version in the pls. The one that works has:
Version=2
unlike the one that does not work. Other than that, they are the same.

Exaile 0.3.0.2 could open 'works.pls' but not 'does_not_work.pls'
Rhythmbox would not open either of them.
VLC opens both of them.

fixed trunk/2842. If there is no version tag we now assume its version 2 (the only known valid PLS version at this time).
