Bug Description
When importing from CD, there are two situations that do not appear to be well handled:
1. Albums typically contain more than 9 tracks. When the file is named, there should be at least 2 digits used in the file name. If this breaks something, then there should be a special variable, such as ${num2} which will produced a two-digit track number as part of the file name. If the track number has a single digit, then a leading zero should be used. For example, track 1 would have 01 stored as the track number part of the file name.
2. Some albums have multiple discs (i.e. Neil Diamond's Hot August Night, which has 2 CDs). Sound-juicer appears to handle this well in that tracks are always shown in order by disc, then track number (two-digit).

Issue 1) was fixed with r3773 in trunk. Issue 2) was moved into #689390.
As a side effect of the fix for 1) you can now use arbitrary tags in the output path.
