Multiple selected (same) songs not removed from playlist at once

Bug Description
It occurs that I have the same song in a (dynamic) playlist multiple times. When I try to remove multiple of them, only 1 song is actually removed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a playlist which contains the same song multiple times.
2. Select 2 or more instances of the same song by <Ctrl>+<left mouse>.
3. Rightclick selection, select "Remove" -> "Remove Selected from Playlist".
=> Only 1 song is removed.
