RateYourMusic.com has probably the most accurate and highest quality covers on the net. There's pretty low chance of obtaining wrong cover as you can do artist search first and then search for a specific album within found artists. Also search process could be done more optimal - usually people have several albums of a given artist, so making artist search first and then searching for all albums qould be more optimal than the present search process.

This currently cannot be implemented due to the lack of a public API for RYM. It is, according to the RYM staff, planned, but not before several years.
