Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

If evolution is configured to automatically sync remote emails locally, at first time the sync process starts but then, if there is an interruption (or because internet connection is interrupted or because evolution is closed), next time evolution is started it doesn't try to resume this process anymore.
To "resume" the process you have to manually do this putting evolution off-line (pressing the lower left icon)

Tested with evolution 2.28.3
