Evolution should support a fullscreen mode

Evolution does not support a fullscreen mode. This is inconsistent with other GNOME apps (see http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/principles-consistency.html.en)

add "make a call", "chat" and "publish/blog something" as tabs next to "email", "tasks" and "calendar" to evolution, and we have a whole new thing to talk about!!

am very happy to see my contribution makes sense in a way..
let me know if you feel i could provide better or more useful information
from my perspective here..

i'm running karmic on my production machine and lucid dev on my netbook and
office computer.. i also deployed karmic on about half a dozen of "friendly"
office and private machines.

this hasn't gotten better.. Evolution is still the main UMA in Ubuntu, even in Unity on UNE.
Horizontal display space is reduced by the Unity launcher, so there is no way to profit of the full display space in Evolution.

is anybody working on a design for Full Screen Mode? let me know, i'll help with ideas and mockups..
