Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When scrolling down the task/memo list in Evolution, the entry bar for new tasks disappears. One might decide to enter a new item while looking at another item down the list, and would have to scroll all the way to the top to do so. Ideally, the entry bar for new tasks/memos should always be visible at the top, no matter how far down the list is scrolled.
