Cannot drag-and-drop entire thread

There's no way (at least it's not obvious) to drag an entire thread of emails
from the message pane to a folder in the folder list when operating in threaded
view. It seems that each message must be drag-and-dropped manually.

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? The dnd acts on the
selected messages here. What happen if you try to dnd a selection?

Yes, I can select all messages in a thread and dnd them to a folder, but the
functionality that's (apparently) missing is being able to grab a *collapsed*
thread and with one dnd move the entire thread to a folder. I've attached a
screenshot showing this functionality in Mozilla Thunderbird. You can see that
it offers a "balloon" icon for threads (circled in red). You simply dnd the
balloon icon, and the entire thread is dropped. I can't seem to achieve this
behavior in Evolution.

I've forwarded the feature request upstream:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315611. I'm not sure it's useful,
selecting the mails is one action from the menu or with the keyboard, let's wait
for their opinion on it

I've observed this behavior, and I'm marking confirmed because the "fix" is in no way obvious. Pressing ctrl+H on a collapsed thread selects everything underneith it.
