Bug Description

Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
Panning can not be applied to pdf viewer. If I open a pdf file from midbrowser, the pdf file will be opened in the browser content area, but panning can not be applied to the pdf file. Is it possible to apply grab and drag extension to the pdf file too or do we need to do some jobs to make evince suppot panning?

Reproduce steps:
----------------
(1) Launch midbrowser
(2) Open a pdf file from midbrowser
(3) Try finger scroll

Current result:
----------------
The pdf viewer does not support finger scroll

Expected result:
----------------
The pdf viewer should support finger scroll

Basic root-causing log:
----------------------

Evince is not part of the midbrowser. I will have to find an owner to work on this.

This is POR for Ubuntu UME, we should see what Ubuntu Hardy has integrated for the PDF.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
