Printing Holds Pull List - no print option for landscape layout

After upgrading to version 3.9 the Layout option for choosing Landscape or Portrait is missing from the print dialogue box when printing the Holds Pull List.

Using the local printer settings you can chose landscape but it turns the paper to landscape and prints along the short side. It's only a problem printing the Pull List, printing the hold shelf works as expected.

Confirmed in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. For me, the orientation option appears for an instance in the Chrome print preview, and then disappears.

A less desirable workaround is to use the 'Print using system dialog' option.

The change also appears to have the happy side effect of improving a problem where Angular printouts had unreasonably small text.

Noting by the way that the AngularJS interfaces are firmly Bootstrap 3 and are not subject to this problem.
