"Copies" erroneously updated to "Items" on Bills Tab

Bug Description

On the Bills tab in a patron's account there is the option for "Receipt On Payment" followed by "# Items" with a box to enter the number of copies of the receipt you want to print. The label on the box used to be "# Copies" and I think it should go back to since it we're printing copies of a receipt, not items.
