Bug Description

The "Login to Evergreen" heading in the Login box in in Bootstrap OPAC (/Open-ILS/src/templates-bootstrap/opac/parts/login/login_modal.tt2, line 7) is not marked for translation.
The correct contents of the line should be:
         <h1 class="modal-title" id="exampleModalLabel">[% l("Login To Evergreen") %]</h1>
