Web client transit list: odd default columns related to call numbers

The Web client transit list, by default, has Call Number Prefix and Call Number Suffix columns enabled, but Call Number Label column disabled.

The Call Number Label column is much more likely to be useful than the prefix and suffix ones. Could we switch it so that the affix columns are disabled by default, and the label column is enabled by default?

Our circ coordinator also gave the feedback that the term "Call Number Label" is confusing; she'd much prefer it just said "Call Number".

This patch has a conflict with current master.

The approach here shows the call number label by default, which was sorely needed, and it hides the prefix and suffix columns. Certainly an improvement, but it would be great if the call number column could be handled as it is in Open-ILS/src/templates/staff/circ/holds/t_pull_list.tt2, where the prefix/label/suffix all display in the call number column. For libraries that use prefixes and suffixes, this will display their entire call number in the one column.
