Web Client: Need ability to see all rows in circulation and holds grids

When working with some grids in the client, it's useful to be able to see all rows in the grid.

For example, when working with a patron, it's difficult to page through items out and holds grids, and it's not uncommon for patrons to have more than 100 of either of those.

Also when looking at holds or holdings on a bib record, it's common to have more than 100.

The "all" option was added in copy buckets. It would be useful to also add that option in the following screens:

Patron - items out
Patron - holds
Patron - bills
Record Summary - view holds
Record Summary - holdings view

Michele, I don't think this bug is finished yet. It sounds like some of the screens mentioned in the bug report are fixed in 3.2 (via bug 1746566 as Andrea mentioned), but I think these three screens haven't been done yet:

Patron - bills
Record Summary - view holds
Record Summary - holdings view

So I'm changing this bug back to "New".

Note that Holdings View uses a different interface now, so is no longer an issue for this bug.
