Remove .DS_Store files from docs hierarchy

A recent commit added Apple-specific .DS_Store files to the Evergreen docs hierarchy.

We should delete these files and add .DS_Store to .gitignore so that they are not accidentally added again.

The commit in question exists in rel_3_11 through main, at least.

This makes sense to me. I wasn't familiar with .DS_store but did a little reading and this seems like the correct way to handle it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.DS_Store
