Web client: Can't Cancel Hold from Title Records

In version 3.1.5

When trying to cancel a hold from the title record, the system doesn't respond.

Holds can be canceled from the patron record.

I'm unable to replicate this on the community demo server running 3.1.4. I can try upgrading it to 3.1.5 later this week to see if something was added during this time period to make it break.

We did see this issue in early testing on bug 1712854 that was fixed here - http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=commit;h=4b4e283e30c332f6dca9dea997e58d0e935f0808. However, there is no reason that this bug should have made its way into the 3.1. series.

Adding a note that the fix I just posted was only applied to the holds shelf, not the record holds interface. I did a quick test on a master system, and I am seeing this problem. I'll target the bug to 3.2 for now since I'm pretty sure it's a result of code from bug 1712854.

The action handler name was a bit wobbly and so the grid couldn't find the function to call. This branch puts it back on the map:

Also, will target to 3.1, as the cause of this issue is also targeted to 3.1, but as of yet uncommitted.
