Web client: crowded text on Print Item Labels page

On the Print Item Labels page, the Template and Printer text in the top bar crowds into other elements displaying in the bar. Screenshot is attached.

Adding a note that changing the header from an <h4> to an <h5>, as is done with the copy editor's template bar, improves the display, but doesn't entirely fix it.

I changed the styling of the top form and the title to be more consistent with other pages in Evergreen. (See attached image)
