In the web client, go to Cataloging > Copy Buckets > Pending Copies and scan a barcode. Barcode completion rules are not taken into account when retrieving the copy by barcode.

Working branch user/jeffdavis/ lp1738499- barcode- completion- copy-buckets adds barcode completion to the copy bucket app.
A better fix would be either to use the existing barcode completion function from the egCirc service, or else move that code to a separate service and use it in both egCirc and copy buckets. But with my limited Angular skills, I haven't been able to get either of those approaches to work.
