Bug Description

Affects all versions of Evergreen.

According to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/README, "The contents of ftp://ftp.mozilla.org has moved to http://archive.mozilla.org"

The XULRUNNER download URL is hardcoded to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org in Open-ILS/xul/staff_client/Makefile.am.
