Bug Description
Because of 1) how xul works and 2) how we're manipulating the DOM of the MARC editor, the mouse cursor in the physical characteristics editor is wonky. The linked branch fixes that by resetting the wizard's container's cursor CSS property.

I tested this with the 2.6 beta 1 staff client and the behavior is more consistent with what I expect to see - for example, an "input cursor" in the text field, and a "hand" over the cancel button.
