tpac; log in link after password reset loops back to reset form after login

Bug Description

To recreate the problem:

1. start the reset password process
2. enter new password
3. use the "log in to my account" link
4. Log in via the login form
5. opac goes back to password reset form.

Here is a patch to fix this problem by directing the user to the account page after login.
