Documentation: fixed field spaces

Staff Client now appears to use vertical bar or pipe "|" fill character as placeholder in lieu of spaces as in earlier clients - this helps visually to see placeholders in lieu of sometimes confusing "space as data" situation.

Release notes and /or MARC editor documentation should have one liner about this apparent (good IMHO) change to fixed fields.

It appears that there is no recent documentation for the MARC Editor. The most recent documentation I could find is from version 2.1:

So before the simple "bitesize" fix can be made (as described in the original bug description), the above documentation needs to be updated for the current version of Evergreen. It may be enough to read through the doc and compare it to the current version of the MARC Editor in the staff client, editing the doc to remove old features and describe new features.
