Bug Description
The code reviews done by SteveA (and most recently spiv) provide us valuable insight and common guidelines to follow in Launchpad development work. I think the general guidelines put forth in the code reviews should be collected into a coding standards document on the new Launchpad wiki. There was some work done a while back on the warthogs wiki in this regard but my guess is that that information needs a fair bit of updating to account for the feedback put forth in recent code review work.
I also think it would be useful if the code review team took ownership of this document, to help ensure it's kept up-to-date and to ensure that it remains a valuable point of reference for Launchpad coders.
