Comment 36 for bug 925776

If/when this is merged, 2.5 and 2.6 should get a separate upgrade script numbers so that upgrades to 2.6 from a 2.5 that has this will get the correct version. A stub for the 2.5 upgrade script can be created for 2.6 to fill the hole.
