Bug Description

Added the collab/dbs/tpac_add_mfhd_display branch to the working repo with first steps towards MFHD display in TPAC.

Still need filtering by chosen org unit / depth.

Pushed another commit to the branch to add org unit / depth filtering for MFHD display as optional params to open-ils.search.serial.record.bib.retrieve and made EGCatLoader/Record make use of that. Works nicely for MFHD, but sdist/ssub might want to catch up?
