Bug Description
At this moment the 008-field starts with 070101, presumably January first 2007. It would be helpful if this could be replaced by a computer generated date.
The IISG would also like a connection between the 041, 044 and 260c fields with the 008 as explained in the attachment.

The contents of the controlfield 008 are generated from current date and from fields 041a (language code), 044a (country code) and 260c (date1). Material-specific parts of 008 are discarded, but the rest of it are kept (unless the the fields mentioned above exist, in which case the values from there are used). Available in the MARC editor by pressing ctrl-F8
