Offline Transaction - User Interface Hints

The main screen for the Evergreen ILS Client could use some improvements on the display and operation of the pending off-line transactions. It would be nice for the user experience to display some additional status information on the main screen & Offline Transaction Manager.

Proposal:
In main.xul create an additional label/caption in the "Offline Use" section which alerts to the status of pending offline transactions

In the Offline Transaction Manager display this same information, with additional details as a label/caption in the Offline Sessions section.

My Envrionment: Gentoo, PostgreSQL 9.0, OpenSRF 1.6.3, Evergreen 2.0.6 (but also trunk)

This patch produces an alert when then client detects the "pending_xacts" file on start-up. Patch created against git from today - it makes a pretty red box. screen grab at http://cdn.edoceo.com/img/tmp/opt.png
