print items out access key conflict

Bug Description

Ubuntu Lucid / Osrf 1.6 / EG 2.0.6

On the patron "Items Out" screen, two items both share the same Alt+P access key:

&staff.circ.checkin_overlay.checkin_auto_print_slips.accesskey; (git commit f23f0c1d - phasefx 2009)
&staff.patron_display.items.print_receipt.accesskey; (git commit baedb169 - dbs 2008)

I would suggest changing the auto_print_slips access key as that one was created later. The obvious solution would be to change it to A but that may conflict with the Acq menu, although other menu items' access keys are in conflict on this screen (Circulation menu and Check Out, Booking and Bills).

Alright this is a little more complicated than I thought because staff.circ.checkin_overlay.checkin_auto_print_slips.accesskey is also used by some other screens...?
