receipt template editor preview busted for most templates

sanity and better sample data need to be provided here. In the past, I would dump JSON representations of list data from various lists and place them in print_list_editor.js. Something more robust/maintainable is needed.

Marking "Won't Fix" since this was a problem with the xul client. There are some issues with print templates in the web client not displaying preview data, but there are other open bug reports with those.
