Bug Description

I haven't done very much customization other than adding some org_units and importing a small number of records (which are working fine). In the Circulation Policy Configuration editor (Admin > Local Administration > Circulation Policies) there is one row of data but it is clipped off so that I can only see the very top of it.

I will try to attach a screen shot.

This happened to me when I first opened the editor in the 1.6.1.4 VM. Reloading varies, but cutting off pieces of the dojo interfaces is still a problem in this editor and others.

This appears to be fixed in 2.0 and beyond. Closing this, unless there is an objection, since 1.6 is approaching the end of it's lifecycle.
