Bug Description

In the Patron Editor, you can reset the password to a be a strong password, say, in the context of modifying your own user account (in lieu of going to 'My Account' page).
Validation rules seem to prevent symbols (# & % etc.) from being entered, but the My Account page does properly accept these special characters often used to make passwords stronger.
Suggest tweaking the regex in the Patron Editor to permit symbols in passwords.
