System Error on saving translations

Bug Description
Trying to commit my translation gets me a system error. I'm actually trying this after having two other users of my app report they encountered this error when trying to translate. Here's the URL that gets me the system error:

All I get for an error is "A System Error Occurred"

I'm not able to reproduce this error (but perhaps it's because another bug we have detected...)
