No Indication Of Deposit Amount At Check Out

Bug Description

Evergreen 3.11.1 and 3.13

When you check out an item that requires a deposit you get a pop up saying ITEM_DEPOSIT_REQUIRED. The pop up does not indicate the amount of the deposit. The amount of the deposit should display here so staff can tell the patron who can then decide if they want to check the item out or not.

The only ways to see the amount of the deposit is to check the item out and see what is billed or look at the item itself through the Holdings Editor or Item Status.
