Bug Description
When I navigate to the "Identifier" field, Talkback reads the label, "Identifier" twice when the screen reader focus is on the edit field.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
